I called Tri-state because of the mice issues. They were very patient and kind and were able to answer all of my questions with possible treatment options. The phone service was exceptional, and the very next day, Rob came out to my house on time. He was not only very professional but also very personable, taking time to explain the treatment thoroughly and checking for potential entry points both inside and outside. I was very pleased with his approach and highly recommend their service.
