I’ve now found my new go to cleaners for my future needs.“

“I went in on a Thursday and I had a wedding on Sunday. My dress was way too long, even with heels and I needed it hemmed. I explained the situation and they saved the day. They hemmed my dress by end of day Friday and I picked the dress up Saturday morning. It was chiffon-like material and you couldn't even tell they hemmed it like 3 inches. “I’ve been meaning to write this review for some time now, but I couldn’t let my experience at Any Garment Cleaners go unrecognized.
On Sunday, October 12, around 11:30 AM, I stopped by to drop off some event linens. There was a small line—just two people ahead of me—and an elderly gentleman being assisted at the counter. Donnisa was the team member on duty that morning, and I was immediately impressed by how she handled an unexpected situation.
The store’s computer system happened to be down, and while most people might get flustered, Donnisa remained calm, courteous, and completely professional. She clearly communicated to everyone what was going on, explained that she was working with both leadership and technical support to get the system back up, and continued serving customers as best she could despite the challenges.
At one point, the elderly gentleman became visibly upset and was quite unkind toward her. Still, Donnisa never lost her composure. She responded with patience, kindness, and respect—qualities that truly stood out and deserve to be recognized.
It’s rare to see someone handle a tough situation with such grace and professionalism. Any Garment Cleaners is lucky to have someone like Donnisa representing their business. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a reminder of what great customer service really looks like.
