I've never seen a more empathetic massage therapist. The space is calm and her kind energy made me feel even more comfortable. Truly a lovely human and excellent massage therapist.

I don't even know where to begin! Liz is a wonderful human being overall. I have been seeing Liz for a few years and she has done wonders for my bodywork progress. Being from another state, I had issues finding people to trust as my practitioners. Once I stepped into Liz's care I never looked back! I truly appreciate her honesty, trust, and patience with me as a client. I may arrive with stiffness, pain and just overall frustration but when I leave I feel amazing! I have been getting massages for years but with Liz, I am leaving feeling relieved and well informed about my bodywork.
