Michael Fogle is a top notch plumber. Before performing an expensive procedure, he researched the problem on the internet, recommended replacing an inexpensive part, and his recommendation was the solution to our problem. Because of Michael's work, I would recommend Grayton Plumbing to others.

Scenario: I acquire a small, multifamily building - my first purchase. One week after the acquisition, a tenant calls me to inform me that raw sewage is filling her bathtub and toilet when she starts the washer. Having never needed a plumber, I began to identify near-by plumbers with my android phone. After noticing positive reviews for Grayton Plumbing on Yelp, I phoned the company and was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge of even the operator. After answering my call, she explained to me what could possibly be the problem and some potential solutions. She then gave me a two-hour window for when I should expect the plumber. To my surprise, he, Jermaine Wingfield, arrived right at the beginning of the window (had to be the first time I've ever had a service provider come at the beginning of a window!). Wingfield spent hours trying to snake my pipes and even called for back-up when he was unsuccessful. Then Wingfield and the back-up spent an hour trying to snake the pipe without success. Having spent many hours at the property without having resolved the problem (the only reason I gave them four stars instead of five), I had prepared myself for an intense negotiation on how much they should be paid for their work. But, to my delight, Wingfield informed me that I would only be charged the service fee that the company charges to come out and identify the problem. Because of the company's knowledgeable staff and their commitment to fixing the problem or not charging you, I felt compelled to write a positive review. Wingfield even recommended companies with the larger equipment that would be needed to fix the problem. Needless to say, I believe I have a new plumber for my new property.
