After treatment, the swelling in that ankle is gone and I still need to go for my injections. “The doctors and medical assistants are very compassionate and professional. The office staff not so much. For my first appointment, I was not given any paperwork or instructions prior to my appointment. I was not prepped for a 2 hour appointment. Major failure in communication. Upon arriving, I checked in with a receptionist that was half wearing a mask and proceeded to sniffle and wipe her nose with her hand and then handle my documents! Absolutely gross! Either wear the mask or take it off. Half measures are useless.“

She has even worked with my insurance to get a denied claim obverturned. I often use the patient portal to communicate and get answers within a few hours. I was having an issue with my ears and was flying the next day and was able to get an appointment within hours and was set for my flight. Having to deal with central booking is not convenient, they are scheduling formal primary care offices and don’t know the way the office runs. Contact the office directly or use the patient portal with a request and you get better results.“
