There is a old saying that you could only pick two of the three options when hiring a contractor, you could have the work done quick, you could have the work done right, or you could have the work done at a reasonable price. I can honestly say Saul allows you to have all three no doubt about it.

The stars of the show were the tile guys. The attention to detail was paramount. You could go through this bathroom with a microscope and not find a flaw.

“I had a gas furnace installed seven years ago by Cordone and Tonucci and it worked perfectly (without needing servicing) until yesterday afternoon (a Saturday) when it failed. I called C and T and received a call back within 15 minutes. Within an hour, Rich came and solved the problem, replacing a thermocouple (apparently they do wear out), and I have heat again. The emergency service was prompt, successful and performed by a charming young man. I can recommend C and T 100% because service like theirs is exceptional.“

“10 years ago, the Hurlburt Bros. replaced our 1970s-era oil burner with a gas furnace. Al recommended not getting the most expensive models -- rightly saying that the extra cost wouldn't be recovered by the moderately higher efficiency of the super-high efficiency models. Same for the water heater. They did the job with old-school black pipe instead of the crap most plumbers use now. The cost was fully 1/3 the price of the most expensive bids. It was a beautiful job that -- now 10 years later -- still works perfectly with zero maintenance. We're delighted with their work and recommend Hurlburt without reservation.“
