She told me to go a little longer and if I didn't like it she would go shorter. There was no need to go shorter because she was spot on. The cut I received concealed my thinning area. When I told her I wanted it dyed next time, instead of taking my money she was truthful and told me my hair was to fragile and it wouldn't be a good idea.
