I went to Trendsetters in Windsor today for the first time and saw Dorothy, and she was wonderful. I have pretty fragile, thinning hair, so I was nervous about getting it cut, but she listened to everything I said and made me feel really comfortable. She gave me a wash, cut, and blow dry, and the way she shaped my hair around my face came out so flattering. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and honestly really happy with my hair. I’m definitely going back to her.
Karen and her staff are wonderful,sweet patient and professional. Karen is the best stylist I ever had. I told her what I wanted and asked for her advise. She told me to go a little longer and if I didn't like it she would go shorter. There was no need to go shorter because she was spot on. The cut I received concealed my thinning area. When I told her I wanted it dyed next time, instead of taking my money she was truthful and told me my hair was to fragile and it wouldn't be a good idea. It's very refreshing to know that there are still honest and good people in the world today. I felt so good when I walked out of there
