I happily drive almost an hour to see her because she’s absolutely worth it. Jackie takes her time, explains everything she’s doing, recommends products that actually work, and makes the entire experience relaxing and educational. “Dierdre (may be misspelled, sorry!) just gave me a bob cut, and from start to finish the experience was spectacular. I came in for my appointment on the wrong day, but they helped me work out an earlier appointment with care, calling other stylists to check availability and communicating with me to make sure my expectations could be met. For my appointment, Dierdre was so open to hearing out all my hopes for the cut despite how hesitant I was. She was encouraging and gave input when I needed but nothing pushy. I was a little shocked with my new length, but the staff helped me warm to my short length. I will be bringing my family here after searching for a salon all year. I booked a trial hair and makeup with Christina and Lena and realized I wanted a completely different look for the day of. They were both so accommodating with my changes and I was so so happy with the result on the morning of my wedding. My bridal party was also ecstatic with their hair and makeup and most if not all of them thought it was the best professional hair and makeup they've ever gotten from any wedding or event.
