“I went to get a new prescription and get a routine check up for my eyes because as an adult my vision has gotten worse and the last pair of glasses did not help whatsoever. Everyone in the office was so friendly and Dr.Levasseur was incredibly kind and thorough with the exam and he was really nice to talk to and have a conversation with during the exam most doctors are kind of stand offish to me because I’m covered in tattoos but he treated me like a person and listened to my concerns about my sight, my glasses came in less than a week after my appointment and I’m absolutely astounded at how well he got the perfect prescription for me, like I said the last pair I had from another doctor wasn’t correct so being able to actually see clearly for the first time in years has been amazing even though it’s been a day. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new optometrist!! Thank you guys again!!“

“The Biggest Complain I have is that I CAN NOT FIND ANYTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. Professional, through, friendly, knowledgeable, eye care is what I have received this time, as well as in many other occasions in my visits through out the last 10 years since I know them. “This was my first visit to Complete Family EyeCare for my annual eye exam, and it turned out to be a genuinely positive experience. The office is easy to find, tucked into a quiet corner of a strip mall, and once inside it feels open, clean, and well organized.

The staff at the front desk was warm and welcoming. There is a fair amount of paperwork for first-time patients, which the staff jokingly referred to as “homework” while I was racing to finish it before my pre-screening began. That small moment set the tone—it immediately put me at ease rather than making the process feel tedious.

The pre-screening with the technician was smooth and efficient, and my appointment started right on time. No unnecessary waiting, which I really appreciated.

Dr. Lippi was wonderful—friendly, calm, and very thorough. She explained each step as she evaluated the health of my eyes, answered my questions clearly, and never made the exam feel rushed. She has an easygoing, approachable manner that would work especially well with kids.

One thing that stood out is that the entire staff, including the doctor, is made up of women—something I found unique and refreshing. The atmosphere felt professional but relaxed, and it is easy to see this being a great practice for families.

At the end of the visit, I was asked if I was interested in eyewear, and when I said I would decide another time, there was absolutely no pressure. Just a simple, respectful interaction. I had no hesitation scheduling my appointment for next year before leaving.

I honestly wish I had found this practice sooner. As long as my insurance is accepted and the level of care stays this consistent, this will be my go-to eye care office.“
