Exceptional eye care.. great doctors, one stop shop for the best eye wear ..easy online appointment scheduling and so many locations. All this is what makes this a great stress free visit to the doctors. Love the staff at this location they were very kind and extremely professional. The doctor took her time, didn't feel rushed. Everyone is so amazing and makes you feel comfortable.
This place is AMAZING ! The Staff are very friendly , especially Argentina ! She is so professional and such a people person. I love her personality and sense of humor. I feel that she brings life to this location and makes the experience such a pleasure . Five Stars !!!!!
I went to the South Windsor office this past Saturday (10-21) with a friend of mine who has a disabled son who was in need of new glasses because his frames broke. We were seen Immediately and (sorry if I am getting the name wrong) Christine had amazing patience with Luis as he tried on a number of frames. Because he had a very unusual prescription she informed us that it would take almost three weeks for his new glasses to come in. However, she went above and beyond and told us that she would try and fix his broken frames so he could have glasses until his new ones arrived. Because he is legally blind this was a huge help to us and within an hour or so after us leaving she repaired the old frames and he was able to use them. And she charged us nothing for this service. Christine had a wonderful sense of humor, explained everything in detail, looked for the best deal for us and more importantly treated Luis with compassion and kindness. We were so impressed we even went to Crumbl and bought some cookies for the staff.
