“The most professional team. We were devastated when a pipe burst and flooded our basement.
Puroclean came and made the cleanup up process a lot less stressful.
The manager, Cesar, and the entire crew-Kateryn, Marco, Roger, Johnny and Ernesto-were outstanding.
They walk us through the situation, covering every step and explaining the entire drying and cleanup process so we always knew what to expect. Highly recommend PuroClean.”
“I spilled a full glass of grape juice on my hand tied silk rug that I got on a trip to India. I was sure it was ruined. Triple S cleaned it perfectly for a very resonable price. A triple thank you thank you thank you to all who saved my rug. Yay!”
“This was my first time using a professional rug cleaning service, and I’m really glad I chose this company. The rug I sent out is woven and fairly delicate, so I wanted it handled by people who know what they’re doing. The pickup was careful and organized, and they explained how the cleaning is done at their facility using specialized machines. When the rug came back, the texture felt balanced and natural, not stiff or overly washed. The colors were more even, and the entire piece just looked healthier. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone with a quality rug.”
