Otto and his assistant did an exceptional job on our sofas and upholstered chairs — which had never been cleaned in 30 years! Now they look as new as when they were first custom made and smell as fresh too! They were also respectful of our home and very pleasant to work with.
They did very nice and very thorough cleaning work on both upholstered furniture (large sofa and armchair) and rugs. Very accommodating also as I added the carpets and a set of carpeted stairs on the spot. Friendly and efficient as well. I highly recommend this firm.
