Couldn’t be happier with the team at Russel’s. We had two bedrooms carpeted as well as two area rugs cleaned . Herb and Annie communicated throughout the delivery and installation process and Eric was a delight to work with as well. The installers were professional and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

So happy with the outcome of our stair runner. We looked at so many different options with three different local vendors and went with Russell’s. From material choice advice, to measurement consultation, to install visit, they made the process seamless. I would highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Russell's Carpet, along with the quality of work, quality of carpet, and the customer service we received from Herb! Our family was on a tight deadline with a carpet replacement for converting an office to a bedroom. The matter was further complicated by us needing to treat the wood floor under the original carpet due to some foster kitty "accidents" in that room. Herb gave us a very reasonable quote, which included a nice, high-quality remnant; moving several pieces of furniture around; and keeping the carpet removal separate from the carpet install process due to the floor treatment that we needed to handle.
