Russel's installed a custom runner up my stairs and along the hall outside of our bedrooms back in 2021. I absolutely LOVE it and its held up very well and still looks beautiful. Flash forward to this year when I had my wood floors refinished and I was super frustrated and saddened when the company doign taht job said the rug would have to be replaced and was not salvageable. I called Russels, and Annie and her brother easily solved this issue for me! They came, took the rug up, stored it for me for 2 months, cleaned it and reinstalled. It looks jsut the same as it did and was much less than getting another brand new custom runner. A truly great experience both times!

Couldn’t be happier with the team at Russel’s. We had two bedrooms carpeted as well as two area rugs cleaned . Herb and Annie communicated throughout the delivery and installation process and Eric was a delight to work with as well. The installers were professional and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

So happy with the outcome of our stair runner. We looked at so many different options with three different local vendors and went with Russell’s. From material choice advice, to measurement consultation, to install visit, they made the process seamless. I would highly recommend.
