Body Pulse Fitness, by Lynroy, is way more than a gym. Lynroy is a personal Trainer and a life coach. I joined at a time when I needed more inside help than outside help. It was easy to admit that and to make this my safe place because the entire team is supportive and while it's professional it feels like a really cool family community! So glad I found you guys and just mins from my home in downtown Westport CT! I look forward to celebrating many years of training with you and your team Body Pulse Fitness by, Lynroy! ??????️
