Mateo arrived at the scheduled time (and also gave me a call beforehand to let me know he was on his way) and I showed him the issue I was having with my refrigerator/freezer. Within 15 min of taking a look, not only had he identified the issue, but he had also made the necessary adjustments to the doors to ensure they would not scrape against each other. He then explained to me what the issue had been and how he went about fixing it.
