“We just recently purchased a house in north granby with an existing pellet stove. We called bob in to give it a tune up and install a chimney liner. After using the stove we realized it was as cheap as bob warned us. 1 month of using the old stove it quit on us. Called bob on a Tuesday, by Friday him in his team were at our home installing our new top of the line st croix stove. Bob was professional personable and very knowledgeable the whole time. It was a pleasure meeting Bob and we now consider him a friend instead of just the guy to fix the pellet stove. The 2 dogs also thank Bob and his team they were lost with out the pellet stove.“
