Bob and his team are the best. I couldn't be more grateful when they quickly came out and fixed my stove the day after Thanksgiving. We will be using them moving forward they are knowledgeable, kind and fast. If I could give them 5 more stars I would!

Bob is the absolute best! He is always helpful and friendly. He is an expert on everything there is to know about pellet and multiple fuel stoves and takes time to explain his products thoroughly. I have not had the pleasure to engage him on construction services, but based on his character I would not hesitate to contract him for any project.
