“After an error with my order at Home Depot and a long wait for my front door, Odessa Builders called me to schedule my install for August 30, 2023. The appointment was cancelled due to heavy rain. I called in to reschedule and was offered September 4th....Labor Day.On the day of my install, Gabriel called me early that morning to let know he was coming to do the install. Before arriving, he called me from Home Depot and made sure my order was correct. Once he arrived, he advised that job would take about 4 or 5 hours. Even though it was a holiday and extremely hot that day, he was professional during the whole process. He also took the time to call me outside when he unpackaged my door. I was pleased with his work and he made me feel valued as a customer.“
