Great products from sourdough, to beef bones to liver to raw milk etc! The staff is extremely welcoming and willing to extend help how ever they can!

I didn't know that I could look up to, admire, and respect someone so much! Allie is very knowledgeable, sweet, compassionate and incredibly intelligent. I am very happy to have stumbled across her practices. I would recommend her any day.
I've been coming here for months. Since I'm a state employee, my insurance covers chiropractic care and a 30 minute massage weekly. This is a one stop shop! They also have a sunlighten near, mid and far infrared sauna which costs $25 for a 30 minute session when paired with another service. They also have supplements, kombucha and a few healthy snacks for sale. I highly recommend this business!
