Tracy provides an individual therapeutic massage. She is very attentive to any muscle area that seems under stress and will follow up with you each month on the progress being made. If you are scheduling a 1-hour massage with her you will get a full one hour massage not the 50 minutes like most other places I've been to.
What a great massage! I would highly recommend visiting Tracy. I had a very sore left shoulder and an inflamed SI joint. I felt amazing after the massage. She was so sweet, conscientious, knowledgeable and worth every penny. I asked her to go a little deeper and she obliged. I'm so glad that Tracy was recommended to me. What can one say...hands down the best massage i have ever had. Tracy has a unique ability to find my problem areas. She is gentle when needed but also does a great deep tissue massage. I would highly recommend getting a massage from Tracy.
