Came into this location, since they moved from Crystal Mall. I was in need of new glasses soon and wanted to check out their frames. First time coming in and was greeted and helped right away. I ended up finding 7 different pairs I liked and narrowed it down to 4. My eye perscription comes up in July so I havent gotten the glasses yet but will def write more when I see how they last. They did give my a preliminary quote and for two pairs of glasses compare to the price for one pair a lens crafters. So I really liked that. They also take all insurances if you have eye glass coverage because some Medicares do not. Can't wait for July.
I've been a Cohen's customer since I was 16-18 so just over two decades now, followed them over from the mall. Going here its nice to see some of the veterans of the old location, the gentleman in the vest always goes above and beyond to take good care of you and all his customers. He knows his craft, his products, and how to get a great fit with your new lenses.
I wish I could leave this review there, I really do. I'd give 5 stars for my customer experience on the showroom floor. Buying new glasses should be fun! But there's a dark side...

I have been a customer for many years, and Cohen's continues to be outstanding, and go above and beyond in customer service. When I didn't have insurance in the past, they helped me make good decisions that were within my budget. I have interacted with Mike, Emily, and today, Bailey, and they are all polite, professional, and helpful. This past summer I left on vacation without my spare contacts, and the manager, Kirk, helped me to get them in 2 days! It saved my vacation for sure! My whole family has relied on Cohen's for years, and we are so grateful to all of the folks there that continue to do their jobs with integrity and grace.
