Kathy V. was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable in helping me. She took the time to explain the various details of my prescription, how my new insurance worked and was very patient while I tried on frames. I had gone to another eyewear provider four times in the last few years, they were good but not on the level I felt Kathy is. Thank you so much the interaction made my day….seriously. She really cares.
The young lady was excellent super helpful, honest I would recommend her to anybody I’m not much for writing, but I give her 110% of excellence Took her time understood what I needed especially how I like my glasses to fit because I’m a mechanic thank you for all your help
