New customer, the appointment started right at scheduled time. The employees were very helpful and efficient. Equipment kept clean, the process was easy. I was trying on glasses right after my eye exam at lenscrafters. The whole experience was easy and customer friendly.

I was pretty nervous about how the exam was going to be done. I have been going to an eye Dr since age 5. I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed the setup & felt more involved with my testing than previous. The technician was very communicative to why tests were being done & she was so pleasant.

Very quick and efficient while remaining thorough. The assistant in office was polite and easygoing, she made the worst part (puff of air in eyes) quick and easy. The doctor I had (Donna, also known as Marissa!) was very nice and thorough as well. She was very knowledgeable and explained my lens options and the change in my vision in a way I could easily understand. I look forward to my next eye appointment! Thank you for all you do!!
