Jim took his time to show us everything and anything we could do to improve the home we were looking at. He took his time with answering our questions through our inspection. We were looking at a home with him where he caught issues with the home that multiple other inspectors missed. His documentation is incredible and is full of pictures and diagrams. Jim is a great inspector. He is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He looks at everything, climbs on the roof, tests everything, goes into the basement and attic and around the whole house. He spent about 3 hours on a small house and I received the report the next day, even on the weekend. He includes videos and pictures and is quick to respond to any questions. He gave me quite a few negotiating points with the sellers and I ended up getting some credits and repairs. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again if I were to buy another house.
