Even when a potential installation did not go forward, the company was available immediately, made time for a walk-through, and provided a quote in less than 24 hours. The team is known for great communication, efficiency, and being super reliable, especially during record heat. Climatech Mechanical leaves things better than what they found.
Was not expecting same day service, but got it. Joe, the technician, was helpful, explained everything he was doing, professional in every way. He detailed costs before doing any work. Costs were reasonable, even a little lower than expected. Very pleased with servicing.
Finally made the switch from oil to natural gas for heat & hot water. Not cheap - way more expensive than I thought - especially since I already have gas appliances. Brian was the tech - overall a good job - with a few issues. Unfortunately - Eversource no longer offers rebates on switching. I did not know that. Also you need to switch your rate with Eversource asap - as a heating customer. Something I was never told - until I called asking about the rebate. I did not research other companies - since I a Climatech customer. I didn't know what to compare - besides price. I hope I made the right decision.
