I came in looking for a specific tool, and while they had a decent selection, it took a minute for someone to help me find it. They ended up being really nice about it, so I can’t complain too much. Just wish it had been a bit easier.

Very nice friendly staff really made my day today. Trying to make sure I was doing an order correctly and they helped me every step of the way. To all the employees of p&h in torrington especially Jason they do a tremendous job always are pleasant and willing to help . The amount of inventory always amazes me and if by chance they don't have a part it's there first thing the next morning .
