I called to ask about a new customer boiler service. Because I'm so far out, Carlson said they likely wouldn't be able to service it, I live nearly an hour away.To my surprise, they called me back shortly after to setup an appointment!They were a great help.

We had our 14 month old furnace die that came with the house. We called on Wednesday and Tina, who works in the office, was very helpful. The technician Jake was there that afternoon and found the problem. Parts had to be ordered and it was repaired as quickly as humanly possible. We were very impressed with the communication, response, professionalism and the bill was very reasonable all things considered Thanks guys. Bob you’ve got some really good people there.
