After weeks of struggling with my health, my PA could see how overwhelmed I was. She took the time to truly listen, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. Before the appointment ended, she asked if I believed in a higher power and respectfully asked if she could pray with me. She held my hand, prayed for my healing, and asked Jesus to give me strength and comfort. We both became emotional, and she gave me a hug before I left.

Love my provider, Mark, but I have been treated rudely by the same front office employee, phone call and in person, repeatedly. In addition to aggression, she has made HIPAA violations, such as asking me my medications when simply requesting to make an appointment, and then sharing the information with other staff members without my consent *or even my knowledge.*
I broke down in tears last time I sat down with my provider, sharing how she had violated my privacy. It is stressing me out, I don’t want to go back.
