I've been a patient for many years and haven't had any issues. Dr. O'Neill is great, listens thoroughly and I never feel rushed during my visits. I don't call the office often; I use the portal and always get prompt responses.

I am completely shocked at the horrible reviews that people are leaving for this practice. This is a very large practice, and in my opinion, they are very organized. Please keep in mind that Covid has affected EVERYONE. The people in this office get sick too you know, which means being short staffed a lot of the times because of it. People just don’t have patience or understanding anymore. I’ve been going to this office for almost 24 years and I find that if I am kind and respectful, I most likely get the same in return. I’ve received very good care here. My PCP is Dr. Hession and I’ve never met a more thorough, thoughtful doctor. Overall the care has been stellar and the staff is fantastic.While I’ve come to learn the place is poorly managed, hence the poor reviews listed here, that’s not the fault of the doctors or the staff. That goes back to management. The office staff are always happy and pleasant, the CNAs / medical staff are always sweet as pie and the doctors are traditional in the respect that they treat the patients unlike a number.
