Anna Rodis is an amazing doctor however the front desk staff are rude and condescending. Very difficult to deal with over the phone and over all not helpful at all when you mention a health scare.
I have been with East Granby Family Practice since they opened some 40 years ago! Will I say every visit was amazing. Would I say I always got the answers I wanted. What I did get was the treatment that was needed at the time. A referral to a specialist that was a good fit for me!! Always called back when needed and over the years meeting some of the best medical professionals a family practice has to offer. I will say over 40 years I have had to wait a little longer then I’d like for an appointment, but if it’s an emergency a family practice is not a place to be!!
