“Highly recommend - Sneha was so so kind to my infant daughter and extremely thorough. Even though this was out of network from our insurance the appointment was so so worth it. She made me feel completely at ease and showed me a lot of exercises that I could do at home to help my daughter!“

“I have been going here for five months. The classes are small, so the teachers can give everyone personal attention. The instructors are very professional and explain each movement in detail, which helps a lot—especially for beginners like me. The sessions are high quality, affordable, and perfect for anyone looking to start or improve their Pilates practice. Highly recommend!“

90 Morgan St #203, Stamford
Inglis Chiropractic & Wellness Center Physical Therapy

“I had knee pain. The best care I have ever received for pain relief. I feel Dr Inglis cares about my health and his approach is to go to the root of the problem vs. putting a “band aid” on the issue. Also, I like the fact that he encourages non-invasive treatment first. Most doctors want to shoot you up with strong meds and injections and if that doesn’t work they want to do surgery. I like Dr Ingis’ approach. Everyone’s needs and issues are different and the key is to find a Dr who tailors the solution based on the individual. That is what Dr Inglis does.“
