“Greenwich Hospital relocated it's outpatient physical and occupational therapy to a newly renovated space at 500 West Putnam. There is plenty of free parking and free valet. The new offices are great - spacious and bright. My physical therapist Laurie is amazing. My ankle feels so much better already. I would highly recommend them!“

We started by attending a free tummy time class where the staff could quickly tell our daughter had some tightness that was making tummy time unpleasant for her. We started seeing Emma at the PC location and week over week we made great progress. We worked on rolling, crawling, pulling up and now walking. Emma is great to work with and so patient and sweet with our daughter. We have had such a positive experience with Developmental Steps and highly recommend it.“

121 Towne St, Stamford“I can't recommend StretchLab enough. David, the GM, is incredibly kind, knowledgable, and always makes sure that clients have the best experience, based on their unique needs. Mark, the flexologist, is absolutely amazing. He mixes a combination of stretching and massage, based on his vast experience. I always leave feeling so much better! Over the years, I've gone to other stretching facilities and masseuses in NYC, but StretchLab exceeds all prior experiences. If you have any tightness or discomfort or just want to proactively start stretching more, StretchLab is the place to be! You won't regret it!“

90 Morgan St #203, Stamford“I had knee pain. The best care I have ever received for pain relief. I feel Dr Inglis cares about my health and his approach is to go to the root of the problem vs. putting a “band aid” on the issue. Also, I like the fact that he encourages non-invasive treatment first. Most doctors want to shoot you up with strong meds and injections and if that doesn’t work they want to do surgery. I like Dr Ingis’ approach. Everyone’s needs and issues are different and the key is to find a Dr who tailors the solution based on the individual. That is what Dr Inglis does.“

6 Railroad Way, Larchmont“I’ve been training at Prime Performance pretty much since it opened.I love working out with my trainer Brandon Brown because he incorporates more than one method. I get bored easily and need to be challenged. I love weight training and hate cardio. That’s why Brandon introduced boxing to me, which I fell in love with since it covers pretty much everything (strength, technique and self defense).Brandon is wonderful, easy to work with , motivates me , understands my training needs and my goals. He has managed through out the years to keep things interesting and fun.Brandon’s expertise and outlook on fitness and life has helped my physical, emotional and spiritual growth over the years.“

999 Summer St #104, Stamford“Look no further, Big Leaps is the best! First, everyone who works at Big Leaps is truly the nicest and when you spend many hours waiting for your child in a session, they make you feel at home. My son started with Alyssa for PT after starting to walk at 22 months. Her patience with him, even when he made it quite difficult for her, never wavered. When she noticed that there may be some vestibular concerns, she immediately recommended we get an OT evaluation and after several months working with Alison, he was making even bigger strides. AND then when our daughter was heading on the same physically delayed path, Alyssa had a new challenge with a very opinionated toddler and got her walking and thriving! After 1.5 years, we have two discharged children and are beyond proud of their hard work, but more so, beyond thankful to have found Big Leaps to guide us through this moment with them!“
“Dr. McAllister is the best, before our sessions I was unable to leave the house, after just three sessions I could get down the stairs and into the car and to her office. I love her approach on healing, she really emphasizes the mind body connection and I learned a lot from her. She is very encouraging and went above and beyond with all her services, I wouldn't have progressed so quickly without her.“
“Elite Physical Therapy has Been the Best from the Start. After I had surgery they were the only office to accommodate an appt within the week. I came in about a month ago with extreme pain and tenderness after a hand surgery. My Therapist Kaitlin has Been the Absolute Best!! She listens to my concerns and works on my target areas along with the surrounding Nerves, tendons, muscle and bone area. My hand is almost 100% better because of her phenomenal skills. She takes the time to explain the details of what is happening and what she is doing. Along with showing me what I can do for myself at home. She has given me the confidence to Finally be able to return back to work! Also, the complete staff is very friendly and accommodating. It Feels Amazing to have My hands Finally be Pain Free. Thank you Elite PT Staff!“
