I joined CT Power Yoga a few months ago as I moved to the area. This studio makes me feel like I’m home. The teachers are warm and invigorating, the owners Aimee & Tim are welcoming and attentive, and the classes are empowering. I love heated power vinyasa, and this studio gives me what I need! <3 You should try it ;D

I'm super new to Yoga, I signed up for my first class online for March 2nd and was more than happy with my choice. The enviorment is super inviting, and the teacher that was there really helped me feel confident enough to ease into the poses (I think her name was Michelle or something). Great location and even better instructors.

Best yoga place in Stamford! They’re all about the customer here and take any stress out of having a busy schedule and wanting to go to yoga classes. There’s no penalty for not being able to make a class last minute - it goes right back into your account. I love how classes here are challenging yet fuel my mind and soul. So happy I found this place since moving to Stamford and it’s become a regular in my routine!
