“We asked Mr. Butler to update the wiring in our living room so a programmable controller could be installed. This is a house from the mid-60's with wiring to match. He showed up promptly as scheduled, surveyed our situation, and discussed his approach to the job, and went right to work. Throughout, he was very willing to answer our questions and explain what he was doing and why. Despite having to work in some of the less accessible areas of the house by the end of the day we had our controller. We will definitely be asking him to do more work for us.“
