Our initial contact with them was in Spring 2022 and a few months later we began the process of choosing the appliances, counters, cupboards, flooring, tiles, lighting, etc., working with their approved vendors. The installers for KBB did all the work and installations beginning in late January 2023.KBB created a beautiful design of our new kitchen and bathroom and it was a pleasure working with them throughout the entire process. Their schedule for making the choices for all aspects of the renovation was clear and manageable. Everyone we worked with was responsive and informative, thoroughly answering all of our questions in a timely manner. When the work began they kept exactly to the schedule originally set. When the installers were onsite they were efficient, polite, and skillful. At the end of each workday they tidied up the space as much as possible.The craftsmanship of the installations is extremely well done; there was nothing that did not come out the way it should have and we hoped it would be.I highly recommend KBB to anyone on the basis of their professionalism, their responsiveness to the needs and desires of their clients, and their skill and efficiency. I called Abide, they sent someone out to take samples, delivered it to the lab, and gave us the results the same day. It wasn't asbestos, but I will always call Abide for these needs. They do great work.“

“We needed a new roof so I called Bailey Home Improvements and Alex Bailey came out and gave us a reasonable estimate. Both he and his team were all professional and respectful. I have an inground pool close to the house which made things a bit challenging. They took extra precautions to avoid any damage to my pool. The roof itself looks amazing! They did an awesome job and it only took one day which was very impressive. After the roof was installed they made sure to clean up and did a great job! They know I have dogs and took the extra time to be sure they picked up all the nails and any other objects that fell from the roof. Overall, I was beyond satisfied and would highly recommend them.Service: Roof installation“
