It was the easiest and best experience I have had doing any remodeling. I appreciated the clear communication and responsiveness with Michael, he always answered my texts and calls right away. My experience with a kitchen renovation performed by a large box store had many issues with delivery, lack of communication and scheduling. “Emergency Roof Installation in January! I had recently bought a home and knew that the roof would need to be replaced at some point as it was 18 years old. Well…..water came in….in January! Who would I find in January?
It was suggested that I call Bailey Home Improvements and was I ever glad I did. Alex came out immediately, assessed the problems and provided a very reasonable quote. He said he could do the job next week as we were due to get a break in the weather. This was fantastic news.
His crew and he were here at 8 am and worked tirelessly until dark. The next day Alex was back making sure the dumpster and all debris had been removed.

Transferred about 90 gallons of fuel oil to new tank. Also replaced fill and whistle pipes. Cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased and recommend them absolutely!“

“Great experience with W.B. Dickenson - called late in day with a washing machine drain/main line blockage issue and Debbie worked me into the schedule first thing the next day. Nate & Ryan called as promised. They arrived early and got right to work. Main line from house to my septic collapsed and needed to be replaced. (Empty) hot tub directly over it? No problem! The boys disconnected the electrical to the hot tub, moved it out of the way, lifted the pavers, dug the trench and replaced the pipe and put everything back the way I requested. Incredible service and customer service which is hard to find these days!!“
