“Dr. Stevens is a very nice lady and she can come off as a rude person to some by the way she speaks but I assure you she's far from that. Very knowledgeable and professional. She tells you exactly how it is and sugar coats nothing. But that is what you need to do when talking to people about their vision. I had selected frames which I thought were a good fit. She said in a very funny way that they make you look like a fly.??. She could've sent me out looking like Baxter Stockman from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles but she said this. This is what I mean when I said she could come off as rude but I didn't take it like that. Not only does she ask you to look at her so she can see what they look like on you, she has you look in a mirror to see if you like the frames. Not pushy at all. During the exam she had to get very close to my face for something and I had to tell myself if you laugh right now it won't be good. She is a great recommendation for your vision needs. In addition, don't forget to say hello to her cat.“

“All Love. Mom has trouble walking, and the parking, elevator & office was a short walk. Waited 5 minutes for front desk to serve another client. It took one minute to check in and no wait to see first tech. Staff all helped each other. Dr Robbins was thorough, friendly, not pushy and took time to explain everything. She is serious about running a tight ship and navigated our uneasiness about cataract surgery with care. Peter was a gem & helped with our next appointment and final questions.
