“Crew came in to clean/ repair our gas fireplace. Before doing any work tarps were laid out to protect carpets and floors from any debris. All their equipment was placed on these tarp further protecting our home. They were efficient, pleasant and competent in the work performed and resolved all of our issues as well as informing us of the reason our fan was not working. This issue they could not resolve as it involves getting an electrician to hook up the power to the fans ( was never done when fireplace was installed!). Highly recommend this company without and reservation.”

I came to Pedro with my own design ideas, and he was incredibly helpful in bringing that vision to life.<br><br>Before hiring Alvarez Masonry, I contacted about 6 masonry companies for quotes. Only 4 responded, and Pedro immediately stood out. His pricing was fair and reasonable, but what really set him apart was his responsiveness, professionalism, friendliness and experience.<br><br>Throughout the project, Pedro and his crew were exceptional. He consistently had at least 3 workers on site, and they were always professional, respectful and hardworking. At the end of every day, they thoroughly cleaned up the job site, which I really appreciated.<br><br>What impressed me most was Pedro’s level of involvement. He personally stopped by daily to check on progress and make sure I was happy with how everything was looking. If I wanted something changed or had a question, he was always patient, receptive and solution-oriented.<br><br>Even after most of the work was completed, a small section had to wait for delayed materials, and I appreciated that Pedro returned promptly within a few days to finish the job.<br><br>The craftsmanship is beautiful, and the entire process was smoother than I expected for a major masonry project. If you’re looking for a mason who is skilled, communicative, professional, reasonably priced and genuinely cares about the quality of the finished product, I would absolutely recommend Pedro and Alvarez Masonry.”
