SYNERGY FIT - GYM
“I have been going to Synergy for almost 9 years, and it has truly changed the way I think about health, fitness, and aging.
I started coming for the workouts, however what I gained was so much more. Their CrossFit classes have helped me build a level of strength, endurance, and confidence that I honestly didn’t have even in my 20s.
Now in my late 50s, I can say I am stronger today than I was decades ago. The core strength, balance, mobility, and overall fitness I’ve built here impact every part of my life.
For me, training is not just about looking fit today — it’s about investing in the person I want to be years from now. I want to travel, explore, move freely, stay independent, and enjoy an active retirement. Synergy has helped me build that foundation.
The coaches, the community, and the consistency have kept me showing up year after year. They understand that fitness is a lifelong journey, and they help people at every stage become stronger versions of themselves.
Nine years later, I’m proof that age does not define what your body is capable of. Keep moving, keep challenging yourself, and you might surprise yourself with how strong you can become.”
Tai Ji Relaxation Spa
“I got the Head Spa w/ Scalp Massage through Groupon😊 There must have been an issue with the website, because it allowed me to book a slot that had already been taken. Staff was cool about it & I just lounged in a massage chair until they were ready.
The place is very clean and smells amazing! Music is relaxing. Love that they put lotion & body spray in the bathroom 😊
The service I received was good. I liked her using different tools to massage my scalp and forehead. Felt a bit rushed, but it was still relaxing. She also massaged my neck, shoulders, & chest, which was amazing. All while shampooing then conditioning my hair, 10/10😍 and used a steamer for the final conditioning, sooo nice. She dried and brushed my hair out aftwards & it looked and smelt great❤
I snapped some before pics but forgot the actual head spa room & after pics. Distracted by relaxation.”
