“Our dog had never been kenneled before, so were not sure what to expect, especially as he is very young and active. Jodi and Roberta gave him extraordinary care. Prior to leaving him there, they gave us valuable suggestions on what might make him feel comfortable, his diet and routines. While we were gone we received numerous photos and feedback. The facility is clean. They are well organized and prompt in their communication and well organized. We highly recommend them.“

“Heather is amazing! I brought two of my maltipoos here after I was desperately seeking a groomer (after having a bad experience with another). I was nervous to take my 17 year old to a new place but I’m so happy I did. She made an immediate appointment for them and just wow. They looked perfectly cut and very soft. Their nails were clipped and filed better than ever and it only took her an hour for each dog! “My Shihpoo visited here for the first time and it seemed like he had a great experience. I can tell from how he was when I picked him up. The previous place he had gone too, he seemed traumatized from it, and wouldn’t eat, and didn’t act like himself for days. He was happy as ever when I picked him up from Lauren’s! You guys are great, keep up the good work! A plus for me is being able to communicate via text with them for booking. We’ve found our new grooming spot ?“

“During the hardest time in our life after the rapid decline of our 9 year old best friend and bad experiences with previous vets, we turned to Dr.D and his staff, not knowing what to expect when we had to make the difficult decision to put our beautiful dog down. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the immense amount of compassion and care we were shown.
