My dog has never been in a kennel up until a few months ago at age 15. It was a terrible experience. We brought her to Haute Dog Hotel and it was like she was home. They love dogs and it shows. They sent us pictures of her and kept us updated. We were so relaxed to see her doing so well. We highly recommend them!

We never got the chance to experience the Woodbury location, but we absolutely love Haute Dog Hotel in Southbury! The property is gorgeous, and the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and communicative. Most importantly, Teddy is always so well taken care of. He comes home happy, exhausted, and clearly having had the BEST day—which tells us everything we need to know!
It’s the perfect place for socializing him, getting his energy out, and giving him a fun day while we’re busy at work. We’re so happy we found Haute Dog Hotel and couldn’t recommend them more!
Brie loves to go to the Haute Hotel to be with her friends, large and small. Jodie and Jill lovingly embrace all the animals in their care. The facility is welcoming, bright and cheerful, just like home.
