The stair carpeting install was well done by the great team of Diego and Luis. The vinyl plank flooring install was done by another team and had a couple of unexpected issues. When I received a text from the President of East Coast Flooring, John Searles, thanking me for my business, I reached out to John about the issues with the install and he immediately put me in touch with his Vice President, Dan Bush. Dan got right on it and sent really great teams to take care of these issues. I am very pleased with the final result of the vinyl plank flooring and stair carpeting installs. What stood out most was his honesty and integrity compared to other flooring companies I spoke with. Rather than steering me to a particular service or rushing me, Tony took the time to explain the pros and cons of different flooring options, helping me choose what would actually work best for my home and budget.

In just a few days, Tony and his team had fully transformed my stairs and upper floor. The quality of their work cannot be understated. They removed our carpet down to every staple and nail. Even though hardwood underneath was beat up with paint stains, scratches, burns and burns from a previous owner, they made it look brand new. They also did the work of moving my furniture and heavy items out and back into the room.

I couldn’t be happier with the results and feel so much better now that the carpet is gone (which turned out to be the source of my allergies). I plan to have them back to refinish the rest of my floors. Highly recommend.“

Eric could have put in a reducer at the cost of $100 only to remove it and throw it away and replace it when I replaced my threshold tread in the upcoming future, but advised me to use a metal cover that was free rather than have me pay for the rubber reducer twice.
