Carefree Heating and Cooling comes highly recommended. John was fantastic and got the job done. When another company said a full condenser and air handler replacement was needed, John was curious and wanted to try and fix it himself. He came out, spent a couple of hours, and got it working. He even gave a few pointers and areas to monitor. John takes a personalized touch to his work.
Jon and the team are also highly recommended. They are a responsive and reputable company. They took care of customers like family, prioritizing them and educating them on the pros and cons of all options as an unbiased 3rd party. Jon didn’t sell something with the best profit margins, didn’t recommend something requiring high service costs or labor, and didn’t push toward replacing units unless absolutely necessary. Decisions were made together. Customers were extremely comfortable having Carefree in their home. They were respectful, there was no clean up, and they respected the home like their own. They even figured out a way to swap outdoor units without disrupting mature shielding landscaping. Bravo guys, Bravo!

Jon has been helping us with our air conditioners and furnaces for some time now and he’s such an honest, hardworking guy. He never recommends more than we need and is very knowledgable, priced reasonably and always prompt to respond. I highly recommend them!
