Do not have a furnace or air conditioner installed by this company. They don’t return calls if there is a problem. In the beginning I was relentless in tracking him down. I have had a few problems with the furnace and currently it doesn’t work. Added Comfort won’t return calls. I am using another company that thankfully returned my call and showed up literally within one hour of making the call. I need new parts on a two year old system but I’m sure it will cost a fortune. If the parts are under warranty I will have to figure that out after I pay for everything. Repeat Do Not Use This Company!
