“Let me first start of by saying my first experience with Powder Ridge was absolutely phenomenal. I have a cat who has had a rash for several weeks now. I had an appointment and had a very short wait until I was called in and greeted by the amazing technician Jess. She told me in detail what to expect for my visit. Allowed time to allow my cat to warm up to her before going to get Dr. Carey who is also amazing. They definitely assured me my fur baby was going to be okay. They answered all my questions and I left there with no worries. People are always worried about pricing but they are very reasonable and even included a complimentary nail trimming. Dr. Gupta explained everything that was wrong and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. They took care of my cat Rascal as if he was their own.
