Staff was very caring and considerate. I was there for an emergency and it was very busy. My dog vomited on the floor and a staff member came right over and cleaned it up. I apologized profusely and she just took it in stride saying it happens all the time and no need to apologize.The doctors were very knowledgeable and took the extra time to explain everything. I really appreciate all of their care!

I was extremely pleased with the care my fur puppy cookie got on Jan 15,2024, not only did they give us great care but they also worried about other pets that may come into contact with my puppy because of her being sick and not knowing if she could be contagious so they nicely asked me to stay in the car and they would call me as soon as her room was ready. I waited maybe 5 min. The vet tech was extremely professional but very caring at the same time and showed my baby nothing my love and care. Dr. Hammond was communicative and wonderfully kind and patient. Our husky was very sick, and Dr. Hammond identified the issue immediately, despite other ERs missing it entirely. Their staff were very kind and understanding. They all went above and beyond for our Fen. Unfortunately, we lost him after doing everything we could, but their kindness and dedication to pet care was wonderful. Emergency care is not cheap. You get what you pay for, and this place is top notch. I wouldn't take any of my pets anywhere else in an emergency situation.
