KBAH is the best veterinary office I have ever been to. The staff is always so kind and very knowledgeable on birds. I always feel comfortable when they handle my birds. Whether its a standard check up, bloodwork or x-rays, I know they are in good hands. Dr. Bloom is great at answering all my questions in great detail and also amazing at listing to what I have to say. If you have birds, this is the perfect veterinary office you could bring them to knowing they will properly care for your feathered baby.
KBAH has always been nothing but wonderful to my 3 pets over the last 5 years I’ve been using them as our family vet. Most recently I’ve been dealing with my blue heeler’s broken foot and he has been a nightmare of a patient at home. I’ve never had a problem getting in touch with the staff at KBAH and they’ve been extremely helpful to us. They are also very prompt with appointments, very thorough with their exams, and overall just so easy to deal with, whether we’re with Dr. Ellis, either of the Dr. Blooms, Dr. Sinclair or any of the techs.
This was the first visit I had at KBAH with my guinea pig and the staff was incredible. Very knowledgeable, kind, and gentle with my baby piggie. They gave me a little goodie bag with some treats and a lot of info printed out as a resource to look back on, and I’m so pleased with Dr. Ellis! Couldn’t recommend them enough :)
