KBAH has always been nothing but wonderful to my 3 pets over the last 5 years I’ve been using them as our family vet. Most recently I’ve been dealing with my blue heeler’s broken foot and he has been a nightmare of a patient at home. I’ve never had a problem getting in touch with the staff at KBAH and they’ve been extremely helpful to us. They are also very prompt with appointments, very thorough with their exams, and overall just so easy to deal with, whether we’re with Dr. Ellis, either of the Dr. Blooms, Dr. Sinclair or any of the techs.
This was the first visit I had at KBAH with my guinea pig and the staff was incredible. Very knowledgeable, kind, and gentle with my baby piggie. They gave me a little goodie bag with some treats and a lot of info printed out as a resource to look back on, and I’m so pleased with Dr. Ellis! Couldn’t recommend them enough :)

Some context: My wife and I have 7 guinea pigs, 2 rabbits, 3 cats, and 4 fish in a koi pond. we had plenty of animals in our lifes. Finding a good veterinarian can be difficult when having small animal pets. We have been to multiple vets for check ups and small problems. both of us had dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, sugar gliders, and some reptiles. Kensington is the best
