“I hired New England Property Pros to replace some rotted out ball valves in my plumbing system and install a freeze-proof outdoor spigot. ?️ Billy and his crew were super professional! Billy came out ahead of the job (since it wasn't an emergency) and pre-planned what he needed in order to fix the issues. He kept in touch with me ahead of our appointment, showed up on time. ⌚ Gave me a couple different prices solutions so I could make a decision based on my budget. His prices were reasonable enough that I went with just opting for the best possible solution because it was still affordable. ? I ended up with good quality valves replaced, an extra shut off valve added for safety and a new spigot that makes it much easier to use my hose and water my garden. They say all HVAC guys and plumbers are grumpy: not the case here. Not only was Billy a kind soul to work with, but being a smaller home - I was able to hear him treat his employees with respect while (like any good boss) he took opportunities during the job to share and discuss their work and mentor them. This is what tradework is about folks: high quality work, clear communication, not price gouging people - acting like a professional. I guess the name New England Property Pros is a description that fits! Will be using them again. ???

“The weather stripping on our back door came off, so, called Scott to have it replaced. Plus check the lock on the door which did not function properly. Upon review of the door he said replacing the weather stripping was not necessary, as the door fitted well enough that no draft would come in. This saved us a few bucks. His nephew repaired the lock. Good job. We definitely will call him with any other problems around the house.“
