Mr. Handyman West Hartford was able to get us an appointment within a day of my call, were great about problem solving the issue at hand and explaining to me what was wrong, as well as walking me through the solution / what needed to be done. We were pleased with the ease of our experience calling and scheduling our appointment with Mr. Handyman. The company is definitely accessible. Our handyman R.R. was prompt and polite. He was able to figure out the best way to repair what needed to be repaired in a timely fashion. The job ended up requiring a part that had to be ordered, which will require another charge for labor, but there was no way to predict what needed to be done to solve the problem. These handy-people are essentially going in cold & problem-solving on the fly. I was impressed.
